During standard business hours, we review requests and respond within 2 to 4 hours. If photo or video review is needed, you can email or text them directly to our service line.
01 Do I need to be present at the dock when you perform the work?
No. Once we have marina gate access, shore power, and freshwater dock hookup details, our self-sufficient mobile detailing crew handles everything from start to finish. We send photo updates upon completion.
01 Do you service marinas outside Nanaimo?
Yes. Our mobile team regularly travels across Vancouver Island including Victoria, Campbell River, Port Alberni, Ladysmith, and Cowichan Bay. Travel dispatches can be scheduled easily.
01 What is the Test Spot Guarantee?
Before performing complete machine compounding or ceramic application on weathered gelcoat, we demonstrate a 2x2 foot test section for your approval so you can see the exact gloss and clarity restoration prior to full commitment.
